APPOINTMENTS

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for all of our COSMETIC TATTOO SERVICES. The deposit will be credited towards your scheduled service. Remaining balance due is CASH on the day of your appointment.

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for all LASH EXTENSION SERVICES.​
    • Clients have 24 hours to send deposit. No deposit= No appointment

    • ALL DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, meaning whether you decide to change your mind or cancel 2 days, 1 month, or a few months before, it is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please book accordingly. 

  • If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so online using the link in your confirmation email before 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and will require an additional deposit to schedule a new appointment. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE.

  • In the event if 72 hours is not given, the cancellation fee is 100% of the service.

  • In order to make another appointment, it is required that you pay 100% upfront for your next appointment (if approved by Artist) for your services to ensure that Artist time is being covered. 

  • If you no show to your appointment, we have the right to refuse future appointments.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit. NEW deposit will be required to make another appointment. 

  • Please do not bring any additional guests or children to your appointment.

  • We have the right to refuse services for any reasons!

  • Photo, audio, or video recordings taken during and after your procedure may be used for marketing purposes on this website or social media platforms. 

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

  • INSPIRED LASH & BEAUTY BAR is not liable for any changes you wish to make to the shape and color of your permanent make up after an agreement is reached during consultation. Please carefully review the shape and color 
    before  we start the service. Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • We do not proceed with any procedure without client’s approval, which will be based on the anatomical facial features of each client. 

  • Client must be ready with any questions or concerns they may have PRIOR to booking, PRIOR to the start of the procedure, and PRIOR to leaving the premises. 

 

Once the color, size, and shape has been finalized with client, the procedure will begin and will be FINAL. We are not responsible or liable for any client who leave the appointment session and property and wish to change either shape or size after the procedure has already taken place.         

 

We do not guarantee “100 % perfect” results. Each client has a different skin type, different brow bone structures and healing time frame will vary per individual . We do our best to provide the top services to our clients to the best of our abilities.

Permanent makeup is a two step process to achieve your desired results. Trust the process! 

For all cosmetic tattoo services, to ensure great results, it is client's responsibility to follow Artist pre-care and after-care instructions. Not following pre-care and after-care can result in your results not healing properly. INSPIRED LASH & BEAUTY BAR  will NOT be liable for any clients after services are serviced. NO REFUNDS on any services.
